• Document drafting assistance with real citations
• Attorney, judge, and officer intelligence queries
• Academic research and legal education
• Integration via API or MCP with compatible AI tools

Prohibited Uses

1. Unauthorized Practice of Law

2. Data Misuse

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw database contents
• Build a competing service using quaer.ai data
• Scrape or bulk-download beyond API rate limits
• Train external AI models on quaer.ai Content

3. Harassment and Intimidation

• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual identified in attorney, judge, officer, or party data
• Contact jurors, witnesses, or court staff inappropriately
• Dox or publicly expose private individuals

4. Security Violations

• Share, sell, or transfer API keys
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse engineer the service or access other users' data
• Deploy malware or exploits against quaer.ai infrastructure

5. Illegal Activity

You may NOT use quaer.ai for any illegal purpose, including assisting in the commission of a crime or terrorist activity.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate API key revocation, account suspension or termination, IP address blocking, legal action for damages, and referral to law enforcement.
